Overview

Central Sydney Property, a joint venture between Billbergia and Metrics is creating a vibrant new mixed-use residential and hotel precinct in the city’s Midtown district.

Located on Pitt, Liverpool, and Castlereagh Streets, the project incorporates two new 80-storey towers with a total of around 607 new apartments, along with a separate 209 room 4.5-star hotel, ground-floor civic plaza, pedestrian links, new retail space and underground car parking.

This community engagement website has been created to keep neighbours, local businesses, stakeholders and the wider community up-to-date as the project progresses. It also provides links where you can find more information on planning approvals, environmental management, project updates and contact information.

Construction Liaison Committee

To help coordinate construction activities and minimise impacts on neighbours, a Construction Liaison Committee (CLC) is being established.

The CLC will bring together representatives from surrounding properties and interested groups, to provide a forum to share information and updates, address concerns, and maintain open communication throughout the project.
