Overview

Central Sydney Property, a joint venture between Billbergia and Metrics is creating a vibrant new mixed-use residential and hotel precinct in the city’s CBD.

Located on Castlereagh, Liverpool and Pitt Streets, the project includes two new 82-storey towers with 607 new apartments, a 209-room hotel, ground-floor civic park, pedestrian through-site links, new retail spaces and seven levels of underground car parking.

This community engagement website has been created to keep neighbours, local businesses, stakeholders and the wider community up-to-date as the project progresses. It provides links where you can find more information on planning approvals, environmental management, project updates and contact information.

Construction Liaison Committee

To help coordinate construction activities and minimise impacts on neighbours, a Construction Liaison Committee (CLC) is being established.

The CLC will bring together representatives from surrounding properties and interested groups, to provide a forum to share information and updates, address concerns, and maintain open communication throughout the project.
