Co-founder of Billbergia Group, John Kinsella AM is our group Managing Director.
John’s early career in Ireland in the agricultural and engineering sector gave him a deep appreciation of the value of hard work. In 1976, he was awarded a scholarship to study farm management in New Zealand and in 1977 he visited Australia and has since made it his home.
Along with his brother William Kinsella, John founded Billbergia Pty Ltd in 1988.
Today, thanks to John’s astute vision and the dedication of the entire team, Billbergia Group is an award-winning integrated Australian property group with a significant portfolio of master planned communities and mixed-use developments across Sydney.
In 2018 John was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) at the Australia Day awards for his charity work with Cambodian children.
Co-founder William Kinsella is Billbergia Group’s Chief Financial Officer
William studied accountancy in Dublin, working in both Ireland and Germany before joining his brother John Kinsella in Australia in 1987.
As one of the founding members of Billbergia Pty Ltd, William manages the financial requirements of the Group and has facilitated the financial transactions of the Group’s multimillion-dollar property developments.
Joseph Kinsella is our group Director
Joseph Kinsella is a seasoned professional in the construction and property development industry. With over a decade of experience, underpinned by tertiary qualifications in Construction Management and Property from the University of NSW, he brings a passion for the industry that stems from his upbringing in the family business. As a Director at Billbergia, Joseph is leading the company into a new era of property development, ensuring its long-term success and continuity. His expertise and commitment to the industry make him a valuable asset to the Billbergia team.
John Fitzgerald is Group Company Secretary and Operations Manager
John has a career spanning more than three decades in the building and construction industry, and as Operations Manager, John’s role integrates the multi-faceted operations of the business and heads up the Marketing and Sales area of the business.
