The Billbergia team were recently on hand to host a tour with some of our key stakeholders to celebrate the completion of our iconic 88 Walker development in North Sydney.
Featuring a unique cantilever design that sits above the heritage listed Firehouse hotel, the $350 million 50-storey mixed-use tower has created a new landmark on the North Sydney skyline. Standing an impressive 180 metres above street level, the building was designed by architects fitzpatrick+partners and was built by Billbergia’s dedicated in-house construction team.
88 Walker is now home to the new 252 room Citadines Walker North Sydney – the city’s’ latest hotel offering, along with 24-levels of premium office space acquired by LaSalle Investment Management.
